Heather Sanderson is a multi-talented writer who has been working with plant and tree spirits her whole life. In 2013 she studied herbal medicine at Third Root in Brooklyn, NY which led her to a 3-year Sacred Plant Medicine Apprenticeship with Carole Guyett in County Clare, Ireland. It was through this training and several initiations with plants and trees that she became immersed in the dream and consciousness of the plant world and found a passion to share it with others. Her latest book, Dreaming with the Plants, shares spiritual and practical plant medicine for modern times. A yoga instructor, reiki master, and sacred plant expert, Sanderson is deeply immersed in healing on many levels. Her mission in life is to help people remember their magic.
